Controlplane Install Notes

The current supported install path is the Install Orchestrator:

just install

The root install runs the control plane as the host-managed Clawdie service, not as a separately documented manual controlplane jail. Use the orchestrator so PF, worker jails, PostgreSQL, hostd, service installation, checkpoints, and resume state stay consistent.

If you are recovering a failed install, resume from the failed orchestrator step instead of following the old manual jail recipe:

just install-from hosts
just install -- --dry-run

Historical notes from the old page included stale interface and service-name pitfalls. The current canonical bridge name is warden0; do not reintroduce archived bridge names.
